“Lovely packaging (the box it came in). The candle itself not so much. The glass is thin and breaks easily (mine was broken in the first shipment, which was quickly replaced by the company). The gold graphic on the candle is subtle...but quite frankly, looks a little cheap. Then there's the smell. When you smell the candle without it being lit, the perfume is strong, but when it's lit the smell is very very subtle...the fragrance is almost non existent...which came as a bit of a surprise. So maybe no more candles for me (I purchased 4 in total). I'll still give them as gifts, as the packaging, I think is nicer than the actual product. I think the Plumeria room spray is amazing though...product and packaging both great. The Plumeria liquid hand soap also amazing. The sample mango lotion you sent me smells a bit fermented to me, in a weird way. Also, the Plumeria shampoo & conditioner were too strong for my hair and made it quite dry and frizzy. So there you have it...my thoughts about the products I purchased from you and from a store here in Los Angeles (SunLife Organics in Malibu). I will probably buy the Plumeria room spray again and maybe the Plumeria hand soap....but not the candles....as nice as the packaging is. Maybe thicker glass...or a different graphic that looked as expensive as the candles are..but in a tasteful way like all the other artwork that you use for your packaging and labels...and of course, maybe the fragrance needs to be kicked up a notch so its still subtle, but not non-existent.”
