“So far things are not good. The chair didn't work upon arrival because the remote was broken. Company shipped a new remote immediately, and we got it today. Now the chair does turn on, but the left arm doesn't work (the right arm works fine). We are still checking out all the functions to see if anything else doesn't work. I notified tech support by e-mail today and am awaiting a reply.”
