“The chair is still quite new to me so over time my review could slide one way or another. The chair appears to be well built and provides a decent massage. I bought this chair as I am at the upper limits of height and my wife is at the lower end. It is the only chair that can accommodate the range, this said it doesn't do that perfectly and as a result misses my neck and my wife misses some of the action. The remote is OK but doesn't flow that well. As soon as you start the chair it goes into scan mode and starts moving. It would have bee an improvement if you could get everything set for what you want including the manual setting prior to everything starting, it makes it tough to get everything set, as if you are in the midst of scanning moving can make the scan less than effective, and once the massage starts you need to make adjustments while everything is moving. As mentioned, my stars may drift with time as we are still figuring the chair out. The purchase and delivery went without a hitch, so that was nice.”
