“Overall about a 4.7. Sliding side panels are a huge improvement over the i7. Battery backup is a big plus. Disappointed in the arm massage channels which seem to be lower and narrower than the i7 which makes it difficult to use the arm massage feature. Seat padding could be thicker. I have used the i7 seat cover to provide another layer. Head pillow not stabilized. I have combined the horseshoe style from the i7 with the i9 to keep it in the center of the headrest.”
