“I am not happy with my purchase of a UltraComfort U544 Lift Chair. The main reason I purchased this chair was to sleep in. I wanted a chair with the zero gravity option which this chair does not have. The same day that I submitted my order for this chair I called your helpline number to confirm that the U544 was a zero gravity chair. The individual that I spoke to confirmed that the chair I ordered had the zero gravity feature. I think we all know this statement was not true. The chair is very comfortable to watch TV or read the news paper in, and I like it's appearance and construction. My wife is very happy with her U544 she bought it mainly for the lift feature which works well for her. For me the chair does not fit my needs. Thank You Keith Carlson”
