Luraco, well! they provided the best customer service experience of our lives bar none. Delivery was on a Friday and I called the company directly requiring assistance with the remote. Seemed we had it operational only to discover that evening it was again not communicating with the chair itself. As it was a 3 day holiday weekend I sent an email to Luraco outlining the issues and hoping to hear back from them on Tuesday. On Monday we received a phone call and in under 24 hours they had flown an engineer from
Dallas to Kansas to address the problems. The damage appeared to have happened during the shipping process and that was remedied with replacement parts brought by the engineer. We are 100% satisfied with the purchase of this medical massage chair and would confidently work with MassageChairPlanet and Luraco in meeting our needs again in the future.”
