“This was my first painting and once I got use to the process, it was fun. I am right handed, so I found starting at the top left and working my way down and out worked better. Everyone who sees it, can't believe I did this. Ordered 3 more. Reason for 4 stars is my painting came without paint and it took a while to get that resolved. My 3 new canvases came in today, all complete”
“This is my second MBN piece. Unfortunately unlike my first piece (Walk to the Sea) I had to do a lot of tweaking with the colors mainly because the computer generated colors for the canvas that were muted instead of the vibrant colors that was used in the actual painting….and that is what drew me to that painting in the first place. I do know that it is hard to get everything exact so I’m glad that the original painting is posted on here; I used that to copy the colors I need up using for mine.
So I used whatever leftover paint I had from my previous piece and used that along with some paints I bought to try to get my painting as close to the original as possible. I’m happy with the end result.”
“Completed my latest artwork, titled "Harbor Garden". An enjoyable though challenging piece that reminded me of our travels to the Amalfi coast of Italy. As always, my embellishments include; the rigging of the sailboat, additional detail of the flowers, and adding a few shore birds. Hope you enjoy it.”
