“I did this painting for my husband. He loves trains and railroads and street signs. It turned out beautiful. This was the second painting I have done from Masterpiece by number. Again I have more than enough paint, the canvas was great and not creased and I loved spending time in the mountains with this train. I was super skeptical when I started on the left side, I thought these are not tree colors, but by the end, I was so pleased with it how it looked. It has taught me a lot about color and combination. I will be ordering more soon since I wound up with a broken foot and need something to do off my feet. My only problem with my growing collection is where am I going to hang them all?”

This is the best kit I have tried. We ordered kits from 2 companies and this is by far the better choice. The canvas is great, the paint is super and you have plenty of paint to do the painting. The brushed are nice, but I did purchase the additional set since I have now purchased at least 8 kits and plan to get a few more. This is so much fun, can really enjoy the time spent painting and felt like a real success when I finished the train. This is a great company to deal with, and shipping was quick and right on. Working on another kit right now, a cabin scene, and am so happy with this train and have it hanging in the bedroom.”
“This was my very first PBN from Masterpiece. I painted it for my grandson who loves trains. There were some difficult spots, but with a magnifying glass, I was able to compensate. The brushes that came with this were not sufficient to finish the painting, so I managed to buy some brushes with finer tips. The customer service of this company is stellar!! I have purchased 5 more paintings since completing this one. Quality of canvas is excellent.”
