“I ordered ‘Wine Country Terrace’ and received it but the tube did not have in it the paper guide which is very helpful and an important part of the project. I contacted customer support and they sent me the guide in e-mail form for me to print but it does not help as the numbers and lines are way too small to see from a computer printer. I need the actual paper guide that’s supposed to come with the order. If you can can send me this paper guide in the mail I would greatly appreciate it, especially since it is what I paid for...very challenging project and this guide is referred to many times. Thank you”
