The first paint by numbers I ordered was from a different company and took 5 months to arrive and when I tried to reach out to them, they were very rude. BUT Master Piece by Numbers was amazing! I’ve ordered 4 now and all are great and have arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Their customer service people are so nice and helpful!! 10/10 for customer service!!
The only complaint I have is my own fault, but I do not recommend using a picture that has grass as the background. This one took me over 3 months, many hand cramps, neck pain, stress, etc. because of the dang grass...

“Ordered the custom paint by numbers kit with my family portrait. My father-in-law moved in downstairs and he didnt' have a current picture of us so I decided to paint him one. The colors were pretty close. I would recommend using a photo that was in a well lighted area to minimize shadows and to lighten the painting. I used a magnifying glasses to help with the numbers and to assist me when paiting the really fine lines.
I mounted the canvas on a stretched frame before painting. I prefer to paint my strokes from left to right while following the lines so this allowed me to flip the painting over to paint the other half of each number. I had enough paint to finish the painting. I used flow aid to keep the paint from thickening when the cup was open for awhile. I will probably blend it a little more and clear varnish it when I am done.

“I ordered this painting as a Christmas gift for my son and his family. It turned out even better than I expected and I can't wait to send it to them. I received the well packaged custom kit in about 7 weeks. The canvas was well treated and the numbers were readable. There were no missing numbers. The paints were good quality and just at the right consistency...not too thin and not too thick. Coverage was good and it was easy to blend the skin tones. I did not order extra paint and had plenty left over. This was my first custom PBN, and frankly, I was nervous about how it would look. After finishing the painting, however, I'm very happy and will definitely order another custom painting in the future.
This will be a memento my family will cherish for many years, making it well worth the price. I highly recommend custom kits from Masterpiece by Numbers to anyone interested in creating their own memento/keepsake.”
