“I'm having a lot of fun with my Masterpiece PBN. Almost every day I try to work on it, listening to an audio book at the same time. Some of the areas are smaller than the head of a pin so I can only work until my eyes get very tired. During the pandemic it is a great distraction to have this large challenge. I love it when the blotchy images really turn into something recognizable.”
“The details on the painting were excellent, I did make some adjustments to the colors (anchors on the dress) but other than that excellent reproduction. I the I should mention the paints flowed effortlessly. I have since order another one.”
“I bought this kit to paint and then give the finished painting to my parents as an anniversary gift. The kit took about a month to arrive but that still gave me enough time to complete (a few days of consistent work at it!) and let it dry before sending it to them. I'm most impressed that they were able to design this beautiful piece even though what I sent them was a cell phone photo of the original old photo! Next time, I would scan the original to get the best color balance, but I'm happy with the result and my parents LOVED it.”
“Some of the colors indicated on the canvas were nothing like the colors in the actual photo that I sent in. I contacted them and they insisted that because there was shadowing in the photo, that the colors were correct . I ended up spending another $20 to buy more paint to get the proper result. Masterpiece did offer to produce another canvas if I wanted to send in another photo.”
“I just love how the picture came out of my Nala, it’s exactly like the photo. Only minor issue I had is that they didn’t provide me with any blueish shades to use on my comforter/pillows in background. Luckily I had some paint from a previous one so I was able to use that. I’ve ordered another custom and can’t wait to start it! Delivery is fast and I will definitely buy from here again!”
