“Was very disappointed with this special order. The graphic representations were off by a lot and the color choices were not even close in some areas. We had to make a lot of editing and fixings in order for the painting to look halfway decent. This was for my boss and at this point I am not sure that it is going to turn out ok. We have purchased quite a few prints and with the exception of the special order ones, have had not any issues. Thank you”
“The 'canvas' is more like paper and thus takes the paint a little unevenly. Maybe this is how the effect is supposed to be....it's more like a modern art representation than a photo. There is no fine detail. I used this for a photo of two people and the faces are very undetailed. I'll submit a photo when I am done. Customer service was great and the shipping was faster than expected.”
