“This was so much fun! Kit came with everything I needed, though I did buy additional paint brushes. Up close you can tell it’s a painting, but a few feet away it looks like a photograph. I had the canvas professional stretched and pinned into a frame. Everyone there kept complimenting it and asking where I got it. This was my first time painting since high school and I wasn’t even good then.”
“I bought a custom paint by numbers of my boyfriend's dog Pepsi. The website states the custom paintings will ship within 6-8 weeks, and this painting shipped in 4 weeks. The turnout was excellent! It was so popular that my boyfriend's parents asked that we make one for their dog. If you do a custom paint-by-numbers I would recommend keeping to a simple background and / or clothing. Our background was simple (or so I thought!) but still took some time due to the shading.”
