“I do about 6 paintings a year so I have tried a lot of different company's and I can tell you that masterpiece has some of the best paints I have ever used.
The canvas came in a tube with no creases in it , I rolled it out and it was ready to start painting .
I placed my order over the phone and they gave me excellent service , they even helped me to get my picture looking the way I wanted it to look for the painting.
Its nice to talk to a real person , instead of placing your order on the computer and not really knowing what your going to get.”

“I bought three custom canvases to give as completed gifts this Christmas, each of the recipient's dogs, and they came out absolutely beautifully. I wish they had arrived a little sooner so I could have completed all of them on time but a slight delay (it was the holiday season, after all) in being able to hang them on the wall was easily worth it with the quality of each.
However, I have learned (the hard way) to never use a photo with a grass background. The one canvas with the grass background took double, if not triple, the time to complete as the others. I was completely overwhelmed and there were times I wanted to give up but determination and perseverance won and everyone couldn't get over how great each looked. I will definitely be using this company again in the near future for some projects for my own home and not just gifts for others.
The company also had wonderful customer service. I had two interactions with employees. In one of the photos I submitted, the tip of the ear of the dog was out of the frame and I was immediately contacted by the company to ensure I was aware of this and it was intentional. I was aware but really appreciated that a customer service employee reached out to verify before creating the canvas. I do wish a customer service employee contacted me to make me aware of just how extremely difficult a grass background would be to reproduce, but that's on me and not the company.
I also had an issue with the delivery. I received notice of the package's arrival at the local post drop but was informed that there was a COD on the package (that's why the postal service couldn't just "safe drop" the package and leave it at my door) of just over $7 CAD. I was unsure what the charge was for as nothing on the website or invoice said anything about an additional charge(s) or COD fee. I contacted the company, sent them the receipts and tracking information and they immediately apologized and refunded me the charged amount.”
