“I painted this for my daugher-in law who loves the ocean. It was a challenge, and had to go over it at the end to make sure every bit of canvas was covered, but was pleased with the end result. I had plenty of paint left over.”
“Really enjoyed working on this and loved how the water looked so realistic. I added a little more red to the top of the lighthouse. I recently completed “quiet time” and will be framing and pairing the two paintings together to hang in my lake themed room. Looking at the completed paintings now, they instantly take me to my Lake Michigan happy place”
“Loved doing this picture. Light colored paint required more than one coat to hide the numbers. Also, the brushes could be better. I went and bought brushes especially for the fine detail. Many super tiny spaces in this picture.”
