“This was my fourth MBN painting. It was quite a bit more detailed than the Venice scene or the seashore scene (the one with the seagulls and lighthouse at dusk), but not as detailed as the bird painting (the one with the cardinals and monarch butterflys). That bird painting took alot of patience and diligence, but it was really rewarding. I love the serene feeling given off by the scene presented in this painting. I completed this one with the stock brushes, but the bird painting was just too detailed for the stock brushes...I used the special order brushes for that one. I didn't come close to running out of any paint colors for this one, which took me about six weeks to complete. (Id guess I spent 30 to 60 minutes daily on it). Overall a very fun painting to do.”
