“I'm 75 and I took up paint by number a year ago after back issues caused me to have to give up puppy fostering after 18 years. “This is my first attempt to do a paint by number picture. I am really enjoying the process, and everything included in this kit is great quality. However, I am noticing that the paint does not cover up the black numbers on the canvas, especially the light colors. I am thinking that perhaps I will need a second coat of the light colors? and if so, will there be enough paint provided to do so?”
“This kit was done for my wife's office since she loves to take bird and butterfly pictures as her hobby. This project took the most time to complete of all of the MBN kits. Because of the level of detail and the length of time it will take to complete I would recommend that you take this on as an experienced painter. Additionally, the painter should have a good set of detail brushes and a good magnifying glass. Plan on three to four weeks to finish this kit. If you do you will have a picture that you will be proud of.”
