“I found this painting to be challenging but loved it. I liked the paint not having to be mixed a positive factor.
I really felt good about the painting when I finished”
“I'm still working on this picture but it's so fun! I like to do some painting every day. My husband makes frames & we have 3 pictures displayed in our home now. Very nice to look at while eating or enjoying company.”
“I loved working on this one but two suggestions before you start. There is a product called gesso which is a primer for the canvas and it's clear. because of all the detail on the roof line and some other areas I highly recommend you use the gesso in two different directions and give it at least two coats in each direction. once it dries you'll find that your paint brushes do not skip across the canvas especially when you go against the grain. A magnifying glass would also come in handy. This painting was probably the one I enjoyed the most have fun”
“Looking for a new hobby to pass the time during the pandemic, I thought I’d give paint by number a try.
This being my first painting, my wife suggested I get something a little less challenging. I assured her it wouldn’t be a problem.
I’m not sure who was right, but in the end I’m happy I chose this one... very challenging, but very rewarding!! The level of detail in this painting was amazing which made the end result fabulous! I’ve already purchased my second one... Early To Rise.
Many thanks to Nancy in Customer Service, who is always very helpful whenever I need supplies or advice!”
