“I didn't realize I was going to enjoy working on this painting so much. I find myself sitting there, painting, for 4, 5, sometimes 6 hours at a time. Once I released the notion that I HAD TO stay within the lines it became a more enjoyable experience.
I paint chunky, so my painting is best viewed from a distance, better to see the big picture. Once completed, Venice Canal will be framed and hung in its chosen place, then I have three more Masterpiece by Numbers to work on, each with its own preselected wall space just waiting to be filled. Venice is easier to paint than the other cities and I would recommend it as the first city to paint.
