L'emballage n'est pas ressemblant à l'image du kit découverte "pack balance" ; les produits étaient en vrac dans le colis ( présentation décevante).
Mais les produits sont de qualité et très bon ; les ustensiles sont très pratiques.

“La verdad es que el producto al principio no me agradó mucho pero sé que fue por qué a mí paladar ese sabor nuevo le chocó, aún así no me rendí y lo seguí probando y ahora no puedo pasar un día sin tomarlo. Me hace sentir bien y con energía similar al café pero más duradera y con nada de nerviosismo que me producía el café. Un acierto para mi salud y ahora un acierto para mi paladar. Lo recomiendo al 100%.”
“Great starter kit, especially as I am new to matcha teas. It was a gift from my husband, therefore, you can imagine that I was unhappy when the box was delivered badly damaged, and one of the tins was also badly dented. I contacted the company to inform them of the damage. They asked for photos, which I sent. Upon receiving proof of the damage, which is fair enough, they sent me a replacement set. I will certainly purchase all replacement teas with them. Very happy with the product and even happier with the customer service.”
