“In the description nothing was mentioned about a memory foam layer which we wanted to avoid due to back pain. I have sent 3 messages, tried to chat with the company on the next day but no response even since then. Very poor customer service. I still don't know if we got the wrong mattress or the description of the mattress was incorrect.”
