“Just ordered my second batch of these having been pleased with the originals I received a few weeks ago. After a few days noticed there was one mug that had a creaky handle, it seemed that there was a fault with the lower attachment point. As there was obvious visible evidence of the fault I'm not sure whether it was there from the start or developed perhaps as a result of heat in the dishwasher. Checked all the others and they were fine. I reported it to M&Ws customer services and was very impressed with their quick response - a replacement item was immediately dispatched and received within a couple of days. Excellent service!”

“I was looking for simple white bone china mugs, dishwasher proof, easy to clean and at a reasonable price. These seem to fit the bill - and so far so good. They were well packaged and arrived on time. The ridge on the underside is quite shallow - so avoids collecting too much water in the dishwasher.”
