“The watch is beautiful but that is all the positive about it. The watch is very delicate and gets scratched very easily. Even keeping it in a drawer causes scuff marks. The problem is the movement Sellita SW 200-1 which standard version (cheapest) costing around 200$ ( in a watch of over 4000$). It goes too fast and has major problems with hand winding.
This could have been a good watch if it had a different movement.
B&M after sale support was not great either. You feel they just want to get rid of you and not interested in listening to your problem.
The only positive interaction was with Mazzucchelli staff who were great.
Will buy again from Mazzucchelli but it is unlikely to be a B&M watch.”
