“Excellent service from Me and Buddy but very disappointed with one of my purchases - the Hevea mini rubber duck. As I have opened it and used it I cannot return it. But £9.99 for a dud duck which does not float is appalling. It doesn't do what it's supposed to and so is fit for the bin. A real shame and a waste of money.”
