“Delivery took a longer than expected (and missed actual birthday) but recipient loved it. It would be really helpful if Meatbox could offer to include a message - even if it’s just say who has sent it”

Hi Elisabeth, Apologies it took Hermes slightly longer to get your order to you than expected. I am glad however that the recipient enjoyed their thoughtful gift. We do offer the option to leave a note and if requested we will also include a handwritten card but maybe that was not made clear enough at the check out. Best regards, Troy
