“Our free range turkey was delicious - better flavour than last year's M&S one! BUT I carefully ordered for the 23rd December, because we live in a fairly remote rural area and didn't want a last-minute panic if the turkey delivery was delayed ... And with a day's notice I was informed that the delivery was to be on 24th. It arrived in the afternoon, giving almost no time for a replacement. This is not acceptable for us so I won't be ordering again.”
