“The turkey arrived earlier than expected and was well packaged My son is a head chef and was very impressed with the look and smell of the turkey - it was very compact with a good quantity of fat under the skin We brined our turkey overnight before cooking it and it was absolutely delicious!! So tasty and moist - thank you!”

“my turkey was on the van for 8.5-9hours - non refrigerated van ! I was very alarmed but the driver said it was okay. bottom of box wet. inside bag was open and there was a peculiar smell. immediately unpacked it and placed in fridge. after cooking the turkey has a distinct non turkey taste - no turkey sandwich for me !.”
