“I've tried the St Louis ribs but these baby back ribs are way superior - took off the membrane on the underside, coated them in a spicy, smokey rub and left them overnight before slow cooking in the oven for 4 hours and finishing them off on the BBQ with a simple M&S house BBQ sauce - everyone was raving over them. Ordered another 4 racks.”

“Great meaty ribs. Struggled to get the membrane of one but that was the user not the ribs, as the other one came off beautifully in one go Thick ribs, slow roasted for 3 hours then seared- perfect Too slow to get a before picture!”
