“These ribs were just perfect. Bigger than the racks you can find in supermarkets (or at least the supermarket I use), both in number of ribs and length of each one. They cooked beautifully over about 6 hours in the BBQ smoker, succulent and flavoursome, and well received by the waiting diners.”

“My order arrived quickly and was still frozen on delivery. The meat was very well packaged in a sturdy insulated box containing plenty of ice packs. The meat itself was very fresh and the ribs were very meaty, they cooked superbly and were delicious.”
