“Absolutely beautiful, perfectly tender when cooked low and slow. Perfect fat to meat ratio. I cooked them chinese style in oyster sauce, ketjap manis, rice wine and chinese five spice and I can't say how wonderful they were. I have had them in the freezer for nearly a year, I hadn't had much luck with the whole order and wasn't really looking forward to them. But wow Meatbox is back in my good books!”

“Cooked these low and slow for a couple of hours. Rubbed the ends covered them in honey. Added some homemade BBQ sauce for the last 10 minutes and they were amazing. The surprise hit of the day.”

“Perfectly cut, great amount, 3/4 cubes per adult between 4 of us. Melted in the mouth! Perfect amount of fat ratio with meat!”
