“This is what pork belly should be - a thin layer of fat and skin and tender meat. Cooked this skin down in a gas bbq for the first half of cooking time. Then turned it around, basted with milk and let it finish cooking. So far this is the most delicious pork I have eaten. The fat melted away and we were left with tender - and extremely tasty pork - as well as crispy, crunchy skin. Half was eaten straight away and half was saved to make pho bowls for the next day's supper. Considering this was for a household of five adults, I would gladly buy this again.”

“Having had this Free range belly pork before and have found it absolutely delicious, The 3kg size belly pork is perfect we have cut it up into three nice size joints and are in our freezer can’t wait to cook one for a wonderful roast dinner, CAN’T RECOMMEND THIS MEATBOX BELLY PORK HIGHLY ENOUGH IT’S DELICIOUS”

“While the taste was fine, the pork belly received had no resemblance to the photo as it had most of the meat removed. Ended up with what was essentially long skinny tube of pork crackling. Mind you, it was delicious crackling, but I’d have appreciated some meat to go with it.”
