“The piece of beef we received was not so much flat, more a small joint - at least 3 inches deep of beef across half of the piece. I had it on the BBQ for around 6 and a half hours, just sprinkled with salt and pepper, and it was sensational. I cooked it along with a selection of ribs, reviewed separately, and my family voted it the best part of the meal. It was still great on the 2nd and 3rd day too.”

“Absolutely out of this world. Slow roasted this for four hours. It fell apart and the flavour was incredible. Perfect for a Sunday roast with minimum effort and maximum taste.”
