“Nothing like the product described. The picture shows a flat brisket with a good marbling of fat from 1st & 2nd cut of brisket. What turned up was a rolled 1st cut with almost zero marbling of fat. Due to time constraints, I could not return it so made a different dish to what I planned. The result was ok from the cut that was supplied, but nothing I could not have got from any butchers standard stock, so not really worth the hassle of ordering from Meatbox.”
