“Previously have ordered chicken breasts which have arrived frozen for the freezer and in pouches of two. I was surprised therefore when my order arrived (not frozen) and the whole 5kg in one bag which I have now divided up into twos. The meat looks to be excellent and am sure we will enjoy but so far have not yet eaten this consignment just stocking up for the festive period.”

“Placed an order 2 weeks ago for 10kg of chicken, apparently there was a problem with the delivery date, tried to fix the problem with Meatbox for delivery the following week... I still haven't had a word back from them! I've tried to contact them by phone, and sent emails, nothing! 2 weeks is a shame! Customer service that's more than rubbish!”
