Only eaten one to date, sliced very thin with a stir-fry. Very tender and a good flavour.

This was lean but, unfortunately, not very tender. I wouldn't buy it again.

We thought we would try this cut not having high expectations from similar cuts elsewhere and not being up to much. However, to our great surprise they surpassed our expectations. We use lesser cuts of steak to cook up our weekly Philly Cheese steaks recipe and these were a real wow from what we previously enjoyed. Definitely buying again.

Ordered Flat Iron steaks. These are a cut that are difficult to find at your local butcher. I thought they would be quite tough like skirt or bavette. They were actually very tender, well marbled and very tasty. I am a fan of these types of cut as they have more flavour unlike fillet which is somewhat tasteless. Don't get me wrong, I like fillet but I prefer to taste the beef and not the sauce that goes with it. I cooked them in butter and served it up in its own juices. Delicious!
