“I was not disappointed with my lamb shanks, they were well proportioned and fresh. Delivery was quick and the meat was packaged very well. They cooked so well and tasted gorgeous. I cooked a lovely valentines meal with them, would love to have uploaded pictures but there isn’t an option. I will definitely order again”

“Good value and very nice flavoursome meat. I slow cooked it for 8 hours the meat fell of the bone. The children loved it. Super food”

“I braised them for 4 hours at 130c. They were superb. Wonderful flavour and melt in the mouth. Decent size too”
