“Very nice flavour, texture and size. Moist and juicy but with out being at all fatty. We slow cooked which gave an incredibly tender result. Made a special meal perfect.”

“Amazing, I cooked 2 of these shanks last Sunday in the slow cooker for 12 hours in a red wine. Delicious - WoW amazing taste superb quality I would definitely recommend. Still have 2 left!! Yummy”
