“First of all the joint was generous in size 5.8kg! Our preference is to cook beef rare and so after seasoning well we did nothing at all to this but roasted and importantly rested. The outcome was delicious succulent beef , very tender and tasty. Would recommend and definitely be using Meatbox again.”

“The rib of beef arrived as scheduled and was well packaged. I cooked it medium rare and it came out very flavoursome and tender. I will definitely be ordering from meatbox again.”
