“A truly lovely bit of meat that I was able to butcher myself the way I like it. Came with the fat in place which I needed to use for dripping in the recipes - supermarkets and butchers often remove this and use in their own recipes. Lovely marbling and a soft tacky feel when pushed. Excellent delivery with cooling blocks and a protective heat-proof bag inside a box. Good communication on delivery and came when promised. All in all, I cannot fault this service. I was nervous as I had not heard of them before and the Rib Of Beef I bought was for my Fathers 99th birthday celebration. I am truly glad I did as this was superb quality for an excellent price delivered to my door. Thank you Meatbox.com a hearty recommendation all round.”
