“Very disappointed. We ordered a "Dry Aged Rib of Beef - Himalayan Salt Aged - 2 RIB (Approx 2.4kg)" for Boxing Day - to be delivered on Dec 22nd together with some sausages & cured saucissons. The delivery was one day earlier than expected, fortunately not a problem. The lion's share of the order was the rib of beef. By Boxing Day the smell from the uncooked joint (which had been stored in a fridge) was unbearable & the exposed sides of flesh were slimy. Before throwing it away I weighed it. Just a touch over 2kg. So I wasted £46 on an underweight fetid piece of meat. Needless to say I won't be ordering again & would advise anyone else to think twice.”
