“Succulent, tasty and tender rib of beef. My husband and I like beef rare, this was gorgeous. Well worth paying a premium for a good cut of beef. Very well packaged for transportation. Thank you, Barbara Hanson”

“The cut looks very nice and I am looking forward to serving it up. Unfortunately, I had to freeze it because it is for Christmas, so haven't tasted it yet. I will review again once eaten. Delivery was on time and I will hopefully be a return customer.”
