“Received very quickly in top condition. Cooked for 6 hours at 130c fan oven. Salt and pepper. Knife slits in joint and added sliced garlic. Placed on a bed of onion and added 1/2 pint of lamb stock and cover. Half an hour to go, remove lid and brown off! Then shredded! Best rolled shoulder I have ever cooked! Sweet and moist and brilliant as a cold meat.”
