“Really tasty pork joint, enough to feed 3-4 I would say or 2 if you like a lot of meat on your plate. Simply seasoned with salt and pepper and sea salt on the fat to make the most amazing salty crackling!!!! I did have to trim some of the fat off the under side that didn't melt away in the oven but I would definitely get this again.”
