“We had this on Christmas Day and it was absolutely delicious. Cold leftovers were eaten on Boxing Day and equally as good cold if not better. Had the right amount of fat and cooked very well. Very pleased.”

“Very nice piece of beef. Good weight, nicely marbled, no gristle, just the right amount of fat. Cooked easily to produce a tasty and tender joint. Perfect for a nice change for Xmas dinner. The price was competitive, so I'll be using Meatbox again soon. Recommended.”

“I recently wrote a review on Trustpilot concerning the "Dry Aged Rib of Beef Trimmed" I ordered on 13/12/2022 (order # 20783)...it said: "I have had meat product from Meatbox before and have no complaints whatsoever which prompted me to order the "Dry Aged Rib of Beef Trimmed" roasting joint from them for the family Xmas meal. What a disappointment, every bite, it seemed had gristle/connective tissue; guests apologized for taking it out of their mouths. YOU replied (including grammar mistakes), stating "We are sorry to hear you have had a bad experience while ordering meat online. We have searched our order system and have been unable to find any deliveries matching your name or products ordered, it could be that you ordered from a online retailer with a similar name and not from us. Kind regards, The Meatbox Team". Appalled by the lack of professionalism and diligence on your part, I added a further note... Oh! I can assure you, I did order from you, and no-one else. My Order number is 20783, ordered on 13/12/2022, under my given name. Not only do you need to try a lot harder with the quality of your meat product but, you could have EASILY found my name, if you wanted to, that is. I COPIED THE DESCRIPTION OF WHAT I ORDERED, FROM YOUR WEBSITE. I shall not purchase from you again given the inaccurate abdication of your responsibility. Shame on you." YOU COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO REPLY. So, therefore, you can keep your vouchers, I shall not be needing them.”
