“Ordered this for Christmas dinner. Specifically specified Thursday 23rd for home deliver. Got notification that it had been delivered 2 days earlier on the 21st, and not to my home address but to be collected form a Matalan store which I could not get to. The order then sat there in the warm shop for a full 24 hours before I could collect, Very disappointed as Meatboc are as of yet to respond to this. Website states we can only get a refund if we return the beef joint in the post. I feel this is extremely unreasonable to expect the consumer to go out of their way on Christmas day to return a large food product at their own expense. I am very unhappy with the service, and whilst I appreciate the oder was delivered by DPD, I feel I have been given no reasonable options to resolve satisfactory, and feel due to the nature of the mistake (the meat could make us very I'll, and we have had no response to our safety concerns) that Meatbox should issue a full refund as an appology.”

“One word....fantastic! Arrived next day in chilled box with chilling bags etc. We all stood and admired the joint as it was unpacked. Will definitely, without question use these guys again.”
