“I was a bit concerned at first, as I like my Steaks cut thicker, rather than being long and wide, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. After adjusting the cooking time in my trusty old cast iron frying pan accordingly, my steak was tender and juicy. Really great. FYI, for medium rare I fried my 400g rump steak for 2 minutes 45 seconds on each side and then let it rest for 10 to 12 minutes. Perfect.”
