“Two downs to this - the first is that it didn't arrive on the day I booked for delivery (23rd) arriving 24 hours late - luckily this year that wasn't a problem but in a usual year when we travell and then cook for parents that would have meant a panicked last minute buy of a turkey. There was also no apology for it being late - and no communication from Meatbox to explain what was happening despite my leaving a voicemail and an email. When I started carving and discovered the meat was pink I thought Xmas dinner was ruined - but no it was because the joint had been wrapped with red and white string! Although it was very nice these two things are going to stop me from ordering from Meatbox for Xmas next year.”

“I am so glad I ordered the turkey for christmas dinner , my family thought it was delicious . My son took half of what was left and made a lovely turkey and leek pie for boxing day for his family , I made a stir fry that was delicious . and for next day I made a turkey and veg pie with a potato and swede mash topping . Excellent taste and very good value . So good thanks Meatbox”

“It was packed well and arrived in prime condition. I can say without any shadow of doubt that it was the most delicious Turkey we have ever eaten. Moist, tender and bursting with flavour. I will certainly be back next year for another one. In the meantime I shall be looking at your website for more yummy treats.”

“Very generous in size and presented beautifully. There were no cooking instructions for this particular item but quickly found some on the internet. Roasted for 3 1/2 hours and rested. Turkey meat was succulent and moist. I will definitely buy this again next year.”
