“Ordered the short ribs a few times now and was very good but this time the amount of fat was too much. After cutting off the fat wasn’t left left with much meat. Hope it doesn’t happen again.”

“Very fresh but found it on the fatty side. By the time the fat was removed wasn’t much meat left.”
