“St Louis ribs marinated in cajun spices for 48 hours in fridge, smoked on weber for 4 hours with final hour in foil with traeger sauce... Sweet baby jesus and the holy donkey......Simply incredible . Loads of meat and sweet juicy fat in perfect harmony. STOP what your doing and order these now.”

“I think....they were the best ribs we have ever eaten. We have ribs frequently, as a treat. But these were brilliant. Plenty of meat, excellent taste, a perfect meal for two. Well done.”

“What a lovely rack of ribs, coated in a jalapeño and honey rub. Then cooked low and slow in my ugly drum smoker, wrapped them at 2.5 hours with butter and apple juice, then unwrapped and glazed, popped back on the smoker to set the glaze, then rested and sliced...all in all a tremendous piece of meat, that went down well, with the family 10/10, if you haven't tried these St Louis ribs, put them on your to do list.”

“I’ve been thinking about these ribs since I first had them on coronation day (see review from Peter S also on here) and when I was invited to a friend’s bbq I knew they had to come along with me. 99.9% as incredible as first time round but as not everyone gets to experience dad’s mad bbq skills I should say they were just as good. But then. Your bbq deserves it.”

“I can not overstate how good these ribs were. Big, meaty, flavourful, sensational, add any superlative word you like and it will fit. As you do, I overordered just because it was the first time I had used Meatbox and I simply did not know what to expect. These are big. They cooked beautifully, and made for great eating. My daughter said that her everlasting memory of the Coronation day would be the barbecue that we had, featuring these ribs. PIcs are the ribs about an hour in, and my daughter having one for lunch the day after.”
