“Seriously, the best beef you will ever eat. Tasty, tender, easy to cook, easy to carve, just a delight. Roasted it for Christmas Day and all 15 guests loved it and asked where it was from. HIGHLY recommended.”

“A simply superb piece of perfection! This roast sirloin of beef led to comments such as ‘that’s the best Christmas dinner I’ve ever eaten’. That’s after it being me cooking it for 25 years. I have bought this joint before at Easter and it was superb then, only I’ve learnt how to cook it perfectly to our taste second time around”

“A very tender piece of meat which was easy to carve. The joint itself was not as plump as I was expecting it was longer and thinner. However to was tender and tasty”
